LOS ANGELES (June 3, 2009) /PRNewswire/ — Miley Cyrus today announced her 2009 North American Tour, presented by Walmart, and promoted by AEG Live. The 45-show tour, featuring special guest Metro Station, launches September 14, 2009 in Portland, OR and will play in several major cities including Los Angeles, New York City, Dallas, Chicago, New Orleans and more before wrapping in Miami on December 2nd. The North American tour will feature special guest Metro Station. Tickets go on sale to the public beginning Saturday, June 13th at 10:00 AM local. In addition to the tour, Miley Cyrus and superstar designer Max Azria of apparel house BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP, Inc. have teamed up to create Miley Cyrus & Max Azria, a new apparel line launching this August only at Walmart. The line includes tops, pants, graphic tees, shoes and accessories — all offered at unbeatable prices. This exciting endeavor is just the latest of many career-making milestones that the 16-year-old Cyrus has achieved.

American Express® Cardmembers will have the exclusive opportunity to purchase advance tickets for Miley Cyrus' upcoming North American Tour prior to public sale. Tickets will be available for purchase with an American Express Card through www.ticketmaster.com/mileycyrus or by calling 1-800-745-3000, from 10:00 AM local time Wednesday, June 10th through 10:00 PM local time Friday, June 12th. Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning Saturday, June 13th at 10:00 AM local.

All tickets will be sold exclusively through paperless ticket delivery which means fans will not receive a physical concert ticket for their entry into the event. Buying paperless helps ensure fans have secure and convenient access to event tickets at the original sale price. On the day of show, concert-goers just need to bring the credit card they used for the ticket purchase and their government-issued photo ID to the concert. All members of the ticket purchaser's party must be present at the same time to enter the venue. The venue's ticket usher will swipe their credit card upon entry and present each person in their party with seat locator slips for quick access into the show. Fanclub presale tickets will also be paperless. Gift Cards will not be accepted.
