This October, sportlifestyle brand, PUMA®, salutes these special competitive moments with the launch of The PUMA Social Club LA, the place for the social games we play off the field with friends, when the sun goes down. Open from October 13th through October 28th in West Hollywood, The PUMA Social Club LA pays homage to the After Hours Athlete – those who enjoy the smell of victory and the agony of defeat, all with a drink in hand, wearing their favorite pair of PUMA Clydes. Has competition ever felt this good?
A 6,500 square foot venue located on the first floor of the Sunset Towers on 8730 Sunset Boulevard, The PUMA Social Club LA is a pop-up retail and nightlife venue that will bring the concept of “vintage” social sports – games like darts, pool, foosball, table tennis and bowling – to life. Celebrating the notion of being social, not just online but in real life, PUMA Social is about having fun and being with friends.
The front of The PUMA Social Club LA will house The Pro Shop by LASC carrying the unofficial uniform for the late-night owl – from that classic PUMA Track Jacket, to the perfect kicks for a night on the town. The Pro Shop will sell exclusive PUMA Social product such as graphic tee shirts.
When the sun goes down, The PUMA Social Club LA will come alive, hosting a wide variety of eclectic programming featuring social sport events, music, lounging and all around good times. Every night, enthusiasts can enjoy foosball and video games including the new DJ Hero® 2, plus table tennis matches on the exclusive PUMA Chalk Table as well as tennis tables by Killerspin®.
Designed with the ultimate rec room in mind, The PUMA Social Club LA has hints of chalkboard walls, raw wood, corrugated steel, neon lights and plush lounge furniture. With a fully-operational cash bar and nighttime snacks available, guests will certainly never go thirsty and can satisfy their late night munchies. Throughout the two week event, PUMA has partnered with the legendary Hollywood icon, Pink’s Hot Dogs. Pink’s will be serving up their signature hot dogs at select PUMA Social Club LA events.

The first PUMA Social Club appeared on June 10, 2010 as part of PUMA City NY at the South Street Seaport. Open through July 11, 2010, The PUMA Social Club NY hosted a wide variety of events celebrating the global sport of soccer, as well as music events with artists such as The Pretty Reckless, Jay Sean and Big Boi.
