The initiative raises funds and awareness by reaching out to consumers in a variety of ways, including chef events, auctions, a host-your-own Home Dinner Party initiative and donation-with-purchase programs, which include the pink products in the Cook for the Cure® Collection. To date, Cook for the Cure® presented by KitchenAid has raised over $3 million. Since the introduction of its legendary stand mixer in 1919 and first dishwasher in 1949, KitchenAid has built on the legacy of these icons to create a complete line of products designed for cooks. From countertop appliances to cookware, ranges to refrigerators, and whisks to wine cellars, KitchenAid now offers virtually every essential for the well-equipped kitchen.
