DELTA FAUCET COMPANY RELEASES ANNUAL KITCHEN AND BATH TREND REPORT
Layered elegance and industrial craftsmanship among top décor trends for 2012
INDIANAPOLIS – June 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Delta Faucet Company released its annual report of kitchen and bath trends today. The 2012 Kitchen and Bath Trend Snapshots report highlights the new and upcoming trends in home design and fixtures. This year’s report notes increased use of bright colors and unexpected patterns in the kitchen and also underscores the reoccurrence of technology, which continues to be built into the home in sleek and subtle ways.
“From trend spotting trips to third-party research and ongoing studies and surveys, we gather an enormous amount of information throughout the year,” said Judd Lord, director of industrial design, Delta Faucet Company. “Ultimately that information helps inform new product development. But, when the data is distilled down, it also makes for a great roadmap for understanding trends within the design category.”
Introduced earlier this year, the Delta® Fuse™ faucet, for example, is available in three unique split-finish color combinations and was inspired by the emerging trend of color in unexpected places. Its Brilliance® Stainless finish with Cracked Pepper, Chili Pepper or Snowflake White accents offers a new medium for color blocking in the kitchen.
