Four-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion, Jeff Gordon, and the Sounds Of Pertussis Campaign Challenge You to Sound Off About Pertussis

Story Summary

This report is brought to you by Sanofi Pasteur and March of Dimes. Four-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion Jeff Gordon has been doing his part to help put the brakes on the rise in whooping cough cases nationwide as spokesman for the Sounds of Pertussis Campaign. With a new contest, consumers will get their chance to Sound off About Pertussis, and win a chance to meet Gordon at a Texas NASCAR race.

Campaign spokesperson, Jeff Gordon:

"Pertussis is often spread to infants by family members, so it's important for everyone who is around babies to get an adult pertussis booster vaccine. With a new baby on the way, I'm not taking any chances and I've already gotten mine. But, so many parents I talk to don't even know what pertussis is or how to help protect their families."

Through the Sound Off About Pertussis contest, consumers can join Gordon in helping raise awareness by creating their own original song about pertussis for their chance to win.

Visit www.SoundsofPertussis.com to see full contest rules and submit a video entry.
