Four Points by Sheraton and U.S. Airways Sweeten the Holiday Travel Experience by Offering Complimentary Pie to Thousands of Airline Travelers

According to the Air Transport Association, more than 2.5 million passengers are expected to travel on the day before Thanksgiving, a statistic that has many holiday travelers bracing for long lines and lots of hassles on the way to grandma's house. In response, Four Points by Sheraton and U.S. Airways are putting a slice of simple pleasureSM back into the travel experience by offering complimentary apple pie to passengers on this busiest travel day of the year. "Pie-lots" will distribute thousands of slices of pie to US Airways travelers at one of the nation's busiest airports, New York's LaGuardia International Airport. The individually packaged slices of freshly baked pie will be delivered to passengers at curbside check-in, inside the departures terminal, at check-in gates and, of course, outside the security checkpoints to make the wait in line a little sweeter.
