Story Summary:

Thousands of young performers dream of singing the Star Spangled Banner before a major league baseball game. That dream has come true for eighteen-year-old Sara Pyszka (pish-kah) who has had cerebral palsy since birth.

With the help of her DynaVox , Sara performs before a crowd of thousands Cleveland Indians fans in celebration of Disability Awareness Night. Sara writes her songs by programming her DynaVox AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication Device) writes lyrics and puts them to music. The device allows this teen to overcome her disability and fulfill a dream.
